It requires 10–15 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or divisional planning, along with expertise in sales processes, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration. The Bay Area base salary range is $150,800–$188,500 USD annually, while the non-Bay range is $129,800–$162,300 USD annually.
