Mach9 is hiring two Business Operations Associates to own and improve cross-functional business processes, solve operating problems, build reporting and dashboards, and turn solutions into repeatable workflows. The role covers finance, sales, customer support, revenue operations, and other company functions, requires hands-on execution and analytical problem-solving, and is 100% in-office. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills, and curiosity about AI and automation. Compensation is $120,000 to $150,000 plus equity and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
