The role is a hands-on generalist covering operational tickets, compliance tracking, finance and accounting support, HR operations, IT coordination, FAR.Labs coworking-space operations, and special projects. The Business Operations Associate role pays $90,000-$110,000 annually, while the Senior Business Operations Associate role pays $110,000-$125,000 annually. The position is based onsite or hybrid in Berkeley, California, or fully remote in the United States, with health insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
