Ladder is seeking a Business Operations leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance management and reporting, developing new analytics and data processes, leading strategic initiatives, prioritizing and sizing initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally, and implementing new systems. This is a remote role based in one of the 23 U.S. states listed, offering flexible work arrangements.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in a business strategy (BizOps, management consulting, etc.), data science, or product management role
Preferred Qualifications: Start-up mentality. Desire to roll-up your sleeves, and problem-solve
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects end to end
Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
Passion for solving complex problems, and building scalable processes
Uncanny ability to embrace ambiguity and see around the corners
Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
