Metaview is hiring an AI-native builder to report to the co-founder/CEO and identify high-leverage workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Talent. The role diagnoses constraints, ships AI-native solutions, sets standards for AI-native operations, creates reusable patterns, and decides what to build in-house versus buy. Candidates should have shipped AI agents, automations, or skills, be able to analyze data and turn insights into commercial tactics, communicate across technical and commercial teams, and work at high throughput. The position offers cash and equity compensation plus benefits.
