Plaid is hiring a Business Operations Specialist to serve as the strategic and operational backbone for a Product or Go-to-Market organization. The role owns product strategy, cross-functional initiatives, operating cadences, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting, while using AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows. It requires 6–11 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or operating roles, along with strong analytical, structured-thinking, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills; SQL and Tableau familiarity and fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS experience are preferred.
