Roger is hiring a Business Operations team member for its early-stage AI platform serving home-health clinicians. The role is a generalist, end-to-end ownership position that may focus on customer operations, revenue operations, people operations, hiring, cross-functional coordination, dashboards, metrics, or special projects. The person will work with founders and team leads, build scalable workflows, maintain data and records, and quickly learn new tools and domains. The posting requires at least two years of professional experience and prior startup experience, with healthcare exposure as a plus.
