Iru is hiring a Business Operations Engineer to build integrations, automations, internal applications, and AI-driven workflows that reduce operational headcount and improve capacity across G&A, finance, people, workplace, and planning functions. The role requires 4–6+ years of experience building and scaling operations with a technical skew, hands-on Python and SQL, integration fundamentals, internal-application development, and the ability to redesign processes with experienced teams.
