Hire Ventures is hiring a Business Operations Lead to manage the operational side of its HR and recruiting consulting business. The role owns the client lifecycle, recurring revenue, utilization, invoicing, receivables, HubSpot data, sales administration, partner relationships, recognition, and process improvements while supporting the CEO, marketing, and delivery teams. Candidates need at least five years of experience in business operations, professional services, project management, or a similar role, along with strong HubSpot or CRM experience, systems skills, independent judgment, communication, and organizational abilities.
