Lam is hiring an Operations Business Analyst to lead inventory and manufacturing process-improvement initiatives. The role analyzes inventory data and trends, develops replenishment and service-alert strategies, tracks shortages and E&O exposure, coordinates cross-functional resolution, and maintains inventory strategies to improve availability, reduce costs, and optimize working capital. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 5–8 years of experience in equipment manufacturing, supply chain, or order execution, and preferably semiconductor, E2E supply-chain, SAP, Kinaxis, or O9 experience. The role may be performed under an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
