Description
Superhuman is hiring a Business Operations Lead to partner with a Business Unit’s Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing leadership team and turn strategy into priorities, decisions, and execution plans. The role owns planning, performance tracking, complex cross-functional initiatives, operating cadences, governance, information flow, and operational readiness for launches and integrations. It is a hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area with in-person collaboration two days per week, and includes health, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
