Storm Ideas is hiring a remote Business Operations Manager / Associate to work directly with the Head of Operations across people operations, finance operations, efficiency and process improvement, tooling, automation, and cost management. The role is open at more junior and more senior levels, emphasizes high agency, ownership of ambiguity, operational judgment, reliability, follow-through, numeracy, contract reading, spreadsheet modeling, workflow automation, negotiation, and effective use of AI tools. It is full-time on a contractor contract, based remotely anywhere in Tunisia, with compensation up to EUR 25,000 per year depending on experience.
