ChargePoint is hiring a Business Operations Manager in Bangalore, India, to monitor and improve gross margins through analysis of billings, costs, systems, tools, processes, and metrics. The role owns the Services P&L forecast, supports margin-enhancement initiatives, improves operational processes, collaborates cross-functionally, reports metrics and dashboards, and supports discount reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, an MBA, and 7+ years of business operations or related experience, including at least 8+ years in finance or business operations within a customer experience function in a technology-oriented industry, along with P&L forecasting, analytical, communication, and software-proficiency skills.
