Sterlington PLLC is hiring an independent-contractor Business Operations Manager to work 100% remotely and support the Head of Firm Management. The role owns the execution layer of the firm's leadership portfolio, including AI-driven workflow improvement, demand and priority management, leadership meeting cadence, decision-ready briefings, stakeholder coordination, initiative ownership, and risk mitigation. Candidates should have experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy, or operations roles supporting a senior leader, with the ability to create ways of working and exercise judgment in complex stakeholder environments.
