Description
Citrine is hiring a Manager, Business Operations Level 3 to report to the COO and lead the Commercial Operations function. The role manages the commercial operations team, revenue systems, CRM data, sales compensation, deal desk, forecasting, pipeline analytics, pricing and packaging, growth initiatives, and board and investor reporting. It requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, people management, analytical ownership, financial and operational modeling, CRM and BI fluency, SaaS metrics knowledge, executive communication, autonomy, and modern AI tool fluency. The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$160,000 USD for full-time employees based in the United States, plus on-target earnings and benefits.
