Lithic is hiring a Business Operations, Program Management generalist to own the day-to-day operations of its Program Management business line, including processes, tooling, reporting, cross-functional project delivery, new initiatives, and operational coordination. The role requires at least four years of experience in consulting, banking, fintech, or business operations, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and experience building repeatable processes. It is a hybrid position based in New York City, with three days in the SoHo office and the remainder remote, and offers a U.S. annual salary of $75,000 to $100,000 plus equity.
