The role manages the goals program, monthly planning cadences, leadership communications, cross-team coordination, process documentation, and goal-review sessions. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least five years of relevant HR, talent acquisition, consulting, or program management experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with operational planning cycles and cross-functional stakeholder management. The position is available in Tempe, Arizona; Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries ranging from $113,300 to $170,200 depending on location.
