Oracle is hiring a Program Manager to partner with the VP of Materials Execution & Supply Planning and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across materials readiness, supply planning, supplier execution, order fulfillment, inventory health, and new-product-introduction readiness. The role develops program plans, tracks risks and operational metrics, supports shortage and allocation decisions, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and improves reporting and execution through automation and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with a US hiring range of $102,300 to $209,500 per annum and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
