ReKlame Health is hiring a Senior Associate for its Business Operations team to support KPI tracking, dashboard and metric analysis, credentialing and payer operations, operating cadence, cross-functional project management, and zero-to-one business initiatives. The role reports to the Director of Business Operations, requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, and is hybrid with four days per week in the Grand Central, New York City office. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus and stock options, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
