Cargo Signal is hiring a Business Optimization Manager to identify manual business processes, prioritize automation opportunities, and build integrations and low-code solutions using APIs, SQL, BigQuery, Retool, HubSpot, and AI automation. The role partners with billing, operations, and commercial teams, owns the performance of deployed solutions, and works within corporate IT and security controls. Candidates need three to five years of relevant business systems, business analysis, solutions, or technical product experience, strong SQL and integration skills, and the ability to design and drive adoption of business solutions.
