Computershare is hiring a hybrid Business Optimization Manager I in Columbia, Maryland, within Corporate Trust’s Residential Mortgage Services and Specialized Asset Services divisions. The role manages complex accounts and transactions, supports deal onboarding and monthly processing and reconciliation, interprets trust and contractual documents, configures waterfall setups, improves and automates processes, and serves as a bridge between business and technology through EUDA models and reporting tools. It requires 4+ years of relevant corporate trust, financial services, account management, servicing, operations, production, or office experience, with a bachelor’s degree or military experience potentially offsetting one year, plus strong analytical, communication, organizational, Microsoft Excel, and customer service skills.
