Description
The Business Optimization Specialist partners with enterprise leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, operating models, governance, workforce capabilities, leadership development, and strategic initiative adoption. The role conducts organizational diagnostics, develops performance metrics, supports restructuring and change efforts, and establishes governance and adoption frameworks. It requires experience with enterprise-wide initiatives, organizational assessments, governance or operating-model improvements, performance metrics, stakeholder influence, and regulated or asset-intensive industries. The position is hybrid, requires residence in the Richmond, Virginia area, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
