Bandwidth is hiring a Business Partner (International) to advise International and leadership teams on people strategy, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, organizational design, recruitment, employee development, and employee relations. The role partners with People Services and regional HR centers, coaches managers, supports compliance with EU and regional employment laws, and helps deliver engagement initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar field, international HR experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in English and French. The EU compensation range is €57,000–€74,000.
