FEIG ELECTRONIC is establishing a central Business Partner (m/f/d) for IT & Digitalization to connect specialist departments, administration, and IT. The role captures and prioritizes requirements, shapes and implements IT, cloud, and AI strategy, leads cross-departmental projects, optimizes business processes with AI, designs data and systems architecture, and supports decision-making for the Managing Directors. Candidates need a relevant degree, several years of IT, digitalization, process, or project management experience, complex project leadership experience, strong communication and moderation skills, analytical thinking, and ideally AI experience.
