ISS is hiring a full-time, onsite Business Performance & Transformation Manager in Melbourne CBD to lead operational excellence, strategic improvement, and service innovation across a major corporate account. The role manages facility transformation programs and core support functions including HSEQ, Sustainability, Procurement, and Data & Technology; oversees program delivery, risk, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement; and collaborates with internal specialists, global experts, and senior customer stakeholders. Candidates need experience delivering major programs in complex environments, strong operational and analytical skills, leadership and communication abilities, and a focus on measurable P&L impact.
