Description
Venus Aerospace is hiring a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, systems, and workflows; support data modeling and future-state process design; develop KPIs; implement process improvements; and manage requirements for enterprise system implementations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of business analysis or business performance experience, complex process design and requirements management experience, and familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel. Preferred qualifications include manufacturing or aerospace and defense experience, management consulting experience, AS9100 or ISO9001 knowledge, and experience with manufacturing facilities and scaled processes. The position involves ITAR-controlled technology and requires applicants to meet applicable U.S. export-control requirements.
