The role sits in a growth team and works with the Head of Private Wealth and Relationship Manager teams to improve business performance, assets under management, revenue, wallet share, relationship manager productivity, sales processes, product enablement, CRM adoption, AI tools, and operational efficiency. Candidates need 6–10+ years of experience in business management, strategy, private banking, wealth management, brokerage, fintech, or financial services, along with strong commercial, analytical, project, stakeholder, and execution skills.
