Description
The Dallas Central Appraisal District is hiring a Business Personal Property Appraiser to locate, identify, and appraise business personal property; negotiate and settle value disputes with business owners and tax consultants; represent valuations before the Appraisal Review Board; and respond to taxpayer inquiries. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or an applicable alternative qualification, the ability to visit property and construction sites, outdoor mobility, map and architectural-plan reading, a valid driver’s license, and successful background investigations. The salary range is $50,400 to $72,765 depending on experience, with an $800 monthly auto allowance and medical, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
