ASML is hiring a Business Planner to develop and manage make-and-buy material plans supporting factory output, supplier coordination, customer commitments, and global supply chain performance. The role integrates demand, supply, inventory, and capacity data across short- and long-term horizons, monitors execution, closes planning gaps, guides capacity investment scenarios, manages inventory risk, and influences cross-functional stakeholders with analysis and recommendations. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of related planning experience, manufacturing-environment experience, and familiarity with planning processes and tools such as SAP and Power BI.
