Description
The Business Process Analyst will create and maintain process documentation, map workflows, support continuous improvement initiatives, monitor process performance through KPIs, coordinate training, and standardize processes across sites and shifts. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, 1–3 years of process analysis or operations experience, Visio or Lucidchart proficiency, and working knowledge of Lean concepts and change management.
