The role evaluates client processes, people, and technology; supports nationwide programs for US Customs and Border Protection; develops process improvements and solutions; creates reports and briefings; provides training; and helps integrate disparate systems. The position is hybrid and pays $115,000 to $130,000 per year, with medical, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
