Flatter, Inc. is hiring a full-time Business Process Analyst to support the Program Management Office for USDA Rural Development Loan Servicing operations in San Antonio, Texas. The role provides analytical, operational, reporting, and compliance support for call center and loan servicing performance, including KPI and SLA monitoring, dashboard and executive reporting, deliverable tracking, risk analysis, audit readiness, and workforce planning. The position requires U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status, the ability to obtain a USDA Public Trust background investigation, and 3–5 years of relevant program analysis, business analysis, or PMO experience.
