Generix Group is hiring a Business Process Analyst to support implementation projects for its Generix Supply Chain Hub™ and DDS transportation management solutions. The role analyzes and documents client processes, defines functional and technological requirements, configures and tests applications, produces implementation documentation, trains users, and supports customers and internal teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of supply-chain business-process analysis experience, ERP and transportation-management-system experience, French and English proficiency, and approximately 30% travel in North America. The position follows a hybrid model with three days per week working from home.
