Koch is hiring a Business Process Analyst in Shanghai to support payment execution operations for Asia Pacific entities. The role handles payment initiation and processing in ERP and online bank portals, monitors urgent requests, validates foreign-exchange payment documentation, resolves payment returns and rejections, prepares governmental reports, identifies process improvements, and supports audits and inspections. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or above, at least two years of experience in payment execution, accounts payable, or related finance operations, English proficiency, and strong Microsoft skills; QAD Cloud ERP experience is preferred.
