Super is hiring a Business Process Analyst to combine business analysis, process modelling, and emerging technologies such as AI to improve business processes across functions and geographies. The role involves requirements gathering, BPMN 2.0 process modelling, BPM tool analysis, stakeholder workshops, AI and automation opportunity evaluation, functional specifications, KPI tracking, and process documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of business analysis or process improvement experience, strong stakeholder and analytical skills, and experience with BPM tools; AI, RPA, Lean Six Sigma, and data analysis experience are preferred.
