Description
The Process and Project Manager will manage business transformation, process, structural, and systems-platform projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance, communication, and quality. The role also redesigns processes for efficiency and automation, prepares process documentation, defines OKRs and KPIs, monitors project indicators, and manages process and application backlogs. Candidates need at least five years of similar experience, a relevant degree, process and project management knowledge, automation and AI experience, proficiency with common office and project tools, process notation and LEAN knowledge, communication skills, and intermediate English.
