HolzLand is hiring a Business Process Consultant to analyze and optimize business processes for medium-sized timber specialty retailers, support digitization and e-commerce projects from concept through go-live, advise retailers on merchandise management, master data, and ERP systems, and serve as the interface between service providers and retailers. The role requires basic timber or building-materials product and process knowledge, vocational training or a degree, analytical thinking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel; ERP knowledge is a plus.
