Duke University Health System’s Patient Revenue Management Office is hiring a Business Process Consultant to serve as the primary analytical resource for revenue cycle processes, systems, and workflow. The role focuses on Epic-based revenue cycle analysis, data analytics, reporting, root cause analysis, and project leadership to improve financial performance, reduce accounts receivable and denials, optimize net collection rate, and enhance automation and workflow efficiency across the revenue cycle.
