AHEAD is hiring a Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst with Business Process Consulting expertise to advise clients and internal stakeholders on enterprise hardware asset lifecycle management, process optimization, governance, and operational maturity. The role manages hardware asset records and lifecycle activities in ServiceNow, supports procurement, vendor, inventory, reclamation, audit, and ITAM processes, analyzes asset data for cost and control improvements, and develops reporting and KPIs. Candidates need at least three years of hardware asset management experience, two years of ServiceNow experience, and strong analytical, communication, stakeholder, and process-improvement skills; healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus.
