Chartis is hiring a Business Process Consultant, Epic HB Claims to design and implement revenue cycle solutions for healthcare clients using Epic’s HER and revenue cycle applications. The role assesses claims workflows, configures HB Claims modules, optimizes clean-claim rates and denial performance, develops denial-prevention strategies, and collaborates with revenue cycle, IT, compliance, and other stakeholders. Candidates need at least five years of revenue cycle leadership or consulting experience, active Epic Hospital Billing Claims certification, and strong knowledge of claims processes, payer rules, and reporting tools. The position allows remote work and offers a salary of $118,000–$150,000 plus a possible annual discretionary bonus.
