CACI is hiring a full-time Business Process Engineer 2 to serve as Scrum Master and coordinator for a cross-functional technical team building an intelligent cyber resilience platform. The role focuses on Scrum ceremonies, impediment removal, Agile coaching, team metrics, process modernization, business process analysis and reengineering, change management, stakeholder coordination, and project execution. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in information technology or business, seven years of BPR experience, five or more years as a Scrum Master for software development teams, Agile tool experience, government contracting experience, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. The proposed salary range is $94,400 to $198,200.
