The expert will collaborate with Business Process Owners and functional teams, focusing on maximizing value delivery, adopting new processes, and ensuring smooth transitions.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Deep expertise across global tax processes (CIT, indirect tax, transfer pricing, customs) and how they are executed, including tax determination, reporting, and compliance.
Ability to combine strong understanding of tax data and controls, to design automated, first-time-right processes that improve accuracy, auditability, and real-time reporting integrating tax into upstream and downstream processes.
Knowledge of process modelling software, data analysis tools, and familiarity with automation technologies is essential.
Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, manage, and execute process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in complex, global organisations, ideally within Consumer Health, or FMCG sectors.
