Description
The Business Process Expert serves as the link between NXP’s business processes and IT solutions, translating business requirements into quality IT solutions for product traceability. The role covers requirements analysis, solution design and implementation, testing, technical guidance, operational support, and flexible participation in Agile teams. It requires a master’s degree in IT, Mathematics, or Physics; multiple years of information technology experience; semiconductor product and manufacturing knowledge; cloud and database expertise; application development experience; project management knowledge; and strong communication and analytical skills.
