Description
The ERP Implementation Lead owns the business-side rollout of a pilot-validated ERP solution across multiple manufacturing locations. The role standardizes and redesigns manufacturing and supporting processes, manages data governance and change adoption, coordinates cutover and go-live readiness, and leads post-deployment process optimization and value realization. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of ERP experience including five years in manufacturing, and at least three years leading change-management or multi-site ERP adoption efforts. The position requires domestic and occasional international travel, U.S. work authorization, and access to export-controlled items; visa sponsorship is not available.
