Amplify’s Supply Chain Business Process Management team is hiring a BPM Analyst to lead end-to-end process and system documentation and improvement initiatives. The role analyzes workflows, identifies inefficiencies, creates process maps and standard operating procedures, develops remediation roadmaps, manages project lifecycles, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports process maturity assessments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, at least three years of BPM and process-improvement experience, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, and proficiency with flowcharting and process-mapping tools.
