Description
ABB is hiring a Business Process Manager to lead and develop the factory business process management organization across ELDS North American sites. The role owns operational process governance and continuous improvement, manages the business improvement portfolio, escalates cross-functional process and systems issues, partners with plant operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, IS, ERP, MES, and analytics teams, and builds succession capability and performance management for the BPM team. The position is hybrid, contributes to the ELDS US Business Line in North America, and requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, along with substantial manufacturing operations, business process management, and leadership experience.
