Zip is hiring a Business Process Manager to work from its Sydney office and partner with Technology, Risk, Data, and other business teams. The role owns process mapping, BPMN 2.0 modelling, process repositories, risk and control connections, continuous improvement, and the adoption of AI and technology to simplify and improve business processes. Candidates should have extensive business process management or business analysis experience, process modelling expertise, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
