Description
The Core-PLM Transformation Lead will map end-to-end product lifecycle processes, design future ways of working and organizational changes, and lead change management for the Core-PLM transformation. The role partners with R&D, VCO, Demand, EOS, and other stakeholders across functions and regions to integrate Core-PLM into business processes, define digital core and data hierarchies, measure experience outcomes, and deliver value creation opportunities. It requires a university degree, deep experience with Royal Canin R&D and related systems, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong stakeholder-management skills.
