Description
The Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist will facilitate, train, develop methodologies, evaluate, and supervise business process reengineering and modernization projects for the Defense Logistics Agency. The role includes process mapping, data modeling, workflow analysis, requirement validation, stakeholder interviews, quality improvement, ServiceNow testing and validation, and cross-functional project coordination. Candidates must hold a current U.S. government IT-I, IT-II, or SECRET clearance, have ServiceNow HR Implementation Specialist certification, at least four years of business process reengineering experience, and a bachelor's degree. The position requires standard East Coast hours and does not provide visa sponsorship.
