Description
The Program Management Sr Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of programs and portfolios, including business requirements, gap analysis, feasibility studies, project plans, stakeholder approvals, risk mitigation, reporting, and post-project reviews. The role leads business analysts and testers, manages program plans and chartered benefits and issue logs, and applies compliance and regulatory knowledge. It requires 10+ years of experience in project management or transformation projects, strong Tableau and Xceptor expertise, business analysis and stakeholder-management experience, and leadership in project delivery and people management.
